    Abstract Submission Guidelines
  • Template: Download the official abstract submission template before preparing your abstract.
  • Language: Abstracts must be written in English.
  • Length: The abstract should be 200-250 words, written in a single paragraph.
  • Format: Submit your abstract as a Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) document
  • Please provide a slight biography with your abstract (An example is given in the template).
  • Content:
  • The abstract should provide a concise and informative summary of the original work.

    Include a brief biography of the presenting author, following the example provided in the submission template.

  • Formatting:
  • Center-align the title, author's names, and affiliations.

    The presenting author's name must be underlined.

  • Submission: Submit your abstract through the designated submission portal.
  • Acknowledgment: After submission, you will receive an acknowledgment email within three working days.
    Process of Evaluation
  • Submission Authors submit their manuscript or abstract for evaluation.
  • Rapid Double-Blind Peer Evaluation The submission undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process within 2-3 days.
  • Results Notification Evaluation results are provided within 2-4 days of abstract submission.
  • Amended Abstract Submission (If Needed) Authors have a one-week window to revise and resubmit their abstract if amendments are required.
  • Reviewer Suggestions for Improvement Rejected manuscripts are returned with detailed reviewer suggestions to guide improvements
    Full Paper Submission Guidelines
  • Length: Manuscripts should be 6-8 pages long, formatted in single-column style.
  • Language: Ensure the manuscript is written in error-free English.
  • Visuals: Include high-quality tables, figures, and images with proper naming and labeling.
  • Keywords: Provide lowercase keywords, separated by commas (except for proper nouns and scientific names).
  • Affiliations: Mention the country along with the institution’s name in affiliations.
  • Background, Motivation and Objective.
  • Statement of Contribution/Methods.
  • Results, Discussions, and Conclusions.
