Registration Guidelines

  • Notify Us Immediately After completing your registration payment, promptly inform the organizing team by providing your payment details.
  • Email Proof of Payment Send a scanned copy or screenshot of your payment receipt or transaction proof to the official email: icphphhm@bioleagues.com.
  • No Paper Modifications Post-Deadline No changes to submitted papers will be accepted once the final submission deadline has passed.
  • One Author per Registration Each registration covers attendance and presentation rights for only one author or co-author.
  • Late Registration If registering after the deadline, please contact the conference coordinator immediately via email or phone.
  • Registration Form Submission Download and complete the official registration form after payment, then email it to icphphhm@bioleagues.com.
  • Journal Submission: Additional Charges Applicable For Scopus publication (T& C Apply)

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Due to advance arrangements with venues, logistics, printing, and accommodation, the following refund terms apply:

  • 60% Refund: If cancellation is requested 60 or more days before the conference.
  • 40% Refund: If cancellation is requested 30 to 59 days before the conference.
  • No Refund: For cancellations within 30 days of the conference.
Registration Transfer Policy
  • Registrations can be transferred to a colleague or friend who will attend in your place.
  • The participation certificate will remain in the original registrant’s name, while the substitute may present.
  • Alternatively, registrations can be transferred to another upcoming IFERP event.

Note: Refund processing takes 2 to 4 weeks after the conference, with any transaction fees deducted.

Visa Information
  • Visa Support: IFERP does not liaise with embassies or consulates on behalf of delegates.
  • Visa Type: International participants must apply for a Business Visa.
  • Visa Denial: Refund policy remains applicable; no refunds are issued due to visa denials.
