  • Q1: If my abstract is not accepted, can I still attend the conference?

    Ans: Yes. You are welcome to join as a Listener/Delegate and participate in all conference sessions, keynote speeches, and networking events.

  • Q2: What is the recommended length for abstracts?

    Ans: Abstracts should be concise, typically between 200–250 words, clearly summarizing your research objectives, methods, and key findings.

  • Q3: Can a co-author present the paper?

    Ans: Yes. A co-author may present the paper with the main author’s consent.

  • Q4: When will I be notified about abstract acceptance?

    Ans: You will receive an acknowledgment email within three working days of submission. Final acceptance decisions are communicated within 2–4 days after review.

  • Q5: How are papers evaluated for the Best Paper Presentation Award?

    Ans: Evaluation criteria include:
    Content Value: Quality, originality, and significance of research
    Clarity: Structured and coherent presentation
    Audio-Visual Aids: Effective use of slides and visuals
    Audience Connection: Engagement and interaction skills
    Timing: Adherence to allotted presentation time

  • Q6: What are the full paper submission guidelines?

    Ans: Full papers should be:
    Between 6–8 pages
    Written in English
    Formatted in double-column style
    Grammatically correct and well-structured

  • Q7: When will I receive the review decision for my full paper?

    Ans: Review results will be shared within 2–4 working days after submission.
