    Ans: No. GNC 2026 is a non-funded, self-supported event without sponsorship. All participants are required to manage and bear their own travel, visa, and accommodation expenses.

  • Q3: Can I receive an official invitation letter?

    Ans: Yes. A formal invitation letter on the conference letterhead will be issued to participants after successful registration and payment. This can be used to support your visa application or obtain institutional approval.

  • Q4: What is the visa process and fee to enter China?

    Ans: Participants must handle their own visa applications based on their country of residence. Please consult the Chinese embassy or consulate in your region to understand the visa category, required documents, processing time, and applicable fees.

  • Q5: Can I bring an accompanying person to the conference?

    Ans: Yes. Accompanying persons are welcome and may attend the event by paying the accompanying person fee. However, they will not be allowed to present or participate in academic sessions.

    Ans: No, No. Certificates of participation or presentation will only be issued to registered participants and presenting authors. Accompanying persons are not eligible for certification unless they are listed as co-authors and have completed registration.
