Presentation Tips:
- Maintain Clear Flow: Ensure your content transitions logically between slides.
- Use Visuals: Include charts, images, and infographics to reinforce key concepts.
- Keep It Simple: Follow the 6-6-6 rule – maximum 6 words per bullet, 6 bullets per slide, and 6 text slides consecutively.
- Avoid Flashy Elements: Skip gifs, neon colors, and overcomplicated visuals.
- Readable Fonts: Use clean fonts in 28–32 point size. Avoid excessive font types or all caps.
- Time Limit: Each oral presentation must be completed within 8–10 minutes.
Poster Presentation
Showcase Your Research Visually!
As a poster presenter, you will visually communicate your research through a self-explanatory display. No formal talk is required, but you’ll engage directly with attendees during the poster session.
Guidelines for Poster Presentation:
- Poster Size: Maximum dimensions are 2 feet (W) x 3 feet (H).
- Submission: Submit your printed poster at the registration table upon arrival.
- Evaluation & Engagement: Be present during designated poster viewing sessions (as scheduled) to answer questions and discuss your research.
