Q3. Are there early bird registration discounts?

Ans: Yes. Participants who register before the early bird deadline are eligible for discounted registration fees. We encourage you to register early to take advantage of the savings.

Q6. Is there a cancellation policy for registrations?

Ans: Yes. Refunds are provided based on the following cancellation schedule:
✅ 60% Refund – If canceled 60 or more days before the conference
✅ 40% Refund – If canceled 30 to 59 days before the conference
✅ No Refund – If canceled less than 30 days before the event
