Q3: Can a co-author present the paper?

Ans: Yes, A co-author is allowed to present the paper, provided they have the consent of the main author.

Q4: When will I be notified about abstract acceptance?

Ans: An acknowledgment email will be sent within three working days of submission. The final acceptance decision will be communicated within 2–4 days.

Q5: How are papers evaluated for the Best Paper Presentation Award?

Ans: Papers are evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Clarity – Structured and coherent presentation
